About Joe Walker

Joe Walker has been working in the mortgage industry for six years. He received The Platinum Award for the top producer at Horizon Northwest Mortgage for 2006 and 2007, closing over 21 million dollars in volume for the year. He serves all of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. Joe has also taken lead in helping people with new construction financing, especially in the Manufactured Home market. A native Spokanite, he is very familiar with the local real estate market. Coming from a family of Realtors and Mortgage Lenders, Joe enjoys getting to know his borrowers and takes pride in putting them in the best loan program to suit their situation.

Joe currently lives near downtown Spokane with his wife and two dogs. He loves golfing and everything to do with Washington State University Athletics as he graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Business Administration in 1999.
